At Detour Sunglasses, we want to ensure your vision remains clear and your fit is perfect. If your new shades aren't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shades

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective microfiber pouch and hardshell case to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
